I’m Charlie—the energy behind Charlie’s FLOW.

I bring curiosity, enthusiasm, and a bias toward action into everything I do. My background started in Business Administration and evolved through roles as a Scrum Master in a corporate environment, where I supported teams at PostNL in improving how they work and collaborate.

Along the way, I realised I’m most energised at the intersection of structure and creativity, where strategy meets ideas, and coaching meets marketing.

That insight became Charlie’s FLOW.

After several years in the corporate and start-up world, I left for an eight-month solo journey through Southeast Asia and Australia. I eventually settled in Dunsborough, Western Australia, trading the North Sea for the Indian Ocean.

Today, I help business owners and teams create clarity, momentum, and creative direction in how they work and grow.
